After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fremont, Oakland was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Skyline Titans with a sharp 5-1 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wildcats' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Oakland's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oakland will welcome Leadership at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Skyline, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Oakland Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
