Chelan moved up to 124 from 156 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 1A Caribou Trail.
Okanogan extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Brewster, 41-14. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Quincy's Dallas Bassett and Connor Trevino have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-11 quarterback Bassett has thrown for 856 yards this season, while Trevino has 22 catches for 474 yards. Kai Clausen from the Mountain Goats leads the league in rushing with 656 yards.
The top two teams in 1A Caribou Trail will face off this week when first place Okanogan takes on second place Cashmere. Last week, Okanogan beat the Bears, while Cashmere topped Tonasket.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when the Jackrabbits and Chelan face off next week.
There should be lots of points scored when Quincy and Travis Domser's team face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Stephen Wallace's team comes in having scored 86 this season, while the Mountain Goats have scored 120. The Jackrabbits scored 18 points last week as they beat Omak.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Bulldogs take on Eric Judd's team. Cashmere has allowed 74 points this season, while the Bulldogs have given up 73. Phil Zukowski's team allowed 6 points last week as it bested the Tigers.
The Bulldogs led the league in scoring this week by notching 55 points on Tonasket.
