The Holland Hall Dutch will face off against the Stigler Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Holland Hall's favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Stigler has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
On Friday, Holland Hall strolled past Locust Grove with points to spare, taking the game 44-26. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Dutch's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked 45th, while the Pirates are ranked 173rd).
Trey Burleson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 140 yards and four TDs while completing 75% of his passes, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground. Holland Hall's leading receiver Kainon Gibson was Burleson's top target yet again, picking up 74 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Stigler and Muldrow have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Panthers slipped by the Bulldogs 26-25. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted since October 4, 2024.
Holland Hall better focus on containing Graham Easttom and Landon Blizzard as the pair were huge in Stigler's win. Easttom gained 112 total yards and a touchdown, while Blizzard picked up 40 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Stigler was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 207 rushing yards. They are 3-1 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Holland Hall's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Stigler, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.
Holland Hall might still be hurting after the 32-7 loss they got from Stigler when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Thankfully for the Dutch, Thunder Elza (who rushed for 204 yards and two TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
