Softball Recap: Highland Park Takes a Loss

Highland Park fell victim to Lone Star and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 14-0 to the Rangers. The Scots' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Highland Park's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Lone Star, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Highland Park will square off against rival Turner at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lone Star is set to face off against their familiar foe Creekview at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
