Basketball Recap: Hampton-Dumont/CAL Takes a Loss

Hampton-Dumont/CAL was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Clear Lake Lions, falling 74-27. While losing is never fun, Hampton-Dumont/CAL can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 272nd, while Clear Lake is ranked eighth).

Hampton-Dumont/CAL's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Clear Lake, the win keeps them at an undefeated 27-0.

As of now, neither Hampton-Dumont/CAL nor Clear Lake have any future games scheduled.
