Basketball Recap: Logan Comes Up Short

Logan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 58-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waverly Tigers.

Logan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Waverly, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Logan will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Teays Valley at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Waverly, they will challenge Portsmouth West at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
