Volleyball Recap: Palmetto Comes Up Short

Palmetto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Cypress Bay Lightning.

Palmetto's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Cypress Bay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5.

Looking ahead, Palmetto will challenge Belen Jesuit at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cypress Bay, they will host Coral Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Colts will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Lightning surely won't give up without a fight.
