Volleyball Game Preview: Northern York Polar Bears vs. Red Land Patriots

Northern York and Red Land are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2022, but not for long. The Polar Bears will face off against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Northern York won the last time they faced Hershey, and Tyler Allen did his part to make sure it happened again. The Polar Bears blew past the Trojans 3-0 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Allen, who had 29 assists and four digs. Allen is crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 20 every time he's taken the court this season.

While Northern York won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Red Land waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Colts as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Northern York now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Red Land, their win bumped their record up to 10-2-1.
