Stanley is a perfect 6-0 against Byrd since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Yellow Jackets at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Stanley has six straight victories, Byrd has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Thursday, Stanley earned a 7-3 win over Haughton.

Paige Campbell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits.

At the plate, Riley Palmer was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Harper Rutherford was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Byrd came up short against Choudrant on Thursday and fell 8-5.

Byrd's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Stanley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

Everything went Stanley's way against Byrd in their previous matchup back in February, as Stanley made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
