Basketball Recap: Luther Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Luther Knights were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 64-59 to the Holmen Vikings. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (58), the Knights still had to take the loss.

Luther's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Holmen, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

Luther has already played their next match, an 81-38 victory against Viroqua on the 18th. Holmen has also already played their next contest (against New Richmond), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
