Caprock Academy finds home court redemption against Crested Butte

There's no place like home for the Caprock Academy Eagles, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 27-15 win over Crested Butte on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Caprock Academy also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Among those leading the charge was Illiana Klein, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 14 rebounds. Paige Moore was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Caprock Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Crested Butte, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Caprock Academy will be playing at home against Telluride at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Telluride and Caprock Academy are at an even 3-3 over their past six head-to-heads. As for Crested Butte, they will face off against Plateau Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
