Cumberland Gap's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Clinton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-16 record this season.

Cumberland Gap will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Pineville at 5:30 p.m. The Mountain Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.58 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Clinton, they will challenge Oak Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats' pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so the Dragons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
