Pulaski County faced Southwestern in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Maroons had just enough and edged out the Warriors 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Maroons: when they faced off against the Warriors two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Pulaski County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Southwestern, they moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
