Buckeye Trail had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cambridge Bobcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Buckeye Trail easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13.

Vayda Neuhart paced Buckeye Trail's offense, picking up nine kills. Neuhart got some help from Anna Mcvicker and her 16 assists. Mcvicker was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Buckeye Trail's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Cambridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.

Buckeye Trail wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Newcomerstown on the 8th. As for Cambridge, they will square off against Morgan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
