Volleyball Recap: Atholton Picks Up Seventh Straight Win at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Howard, Atholton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Long Reach Lightning. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Atholton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-20, 25-23, 26-24.

Atholton's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-2. As for Long Reach, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
