The biggest upset of the week belonged to Sandusky Central Catholic, who took down 486th ranked Port Clinton, 34-26.

Perkins extended the longest winning streak in Sandusky Bay this week by beating Clyde, 35-13. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.

Perkins' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Pirates feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Brandon Smith has thrown for 721 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Dale Irby has 17 catches for 241 yards. Mitch Benkey leads the league in rushing with 690 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Fliers take on Oak Harbor. As it stands, Clyde is in fifth, while the Rockets are in second.

The Panthers moved up to 505 from 557 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Sandusky Bay. Sandusky Central Catholic was able to make the jump by beating the Redskins 34-26.
