Rylan Reimolds Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Rushville-Industry got the W thanks in part to Rylan Reimolds playing the best football he has all season. Reimolds' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 104 rushing yards dating back to last season.
If history really does repeat itself, Reimolds might just drop another big game when he faces off against Princeville on Friday. Reimolds rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Princes duked it out back in October of 2023.

Kaden Olson Has Career Rushing Day
On Friday, Havana had to settle for second even though Kaden Olson put up the best numbers he has all season. Olson rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, and also threw for 223 yards and a touchdown while completing 76.2% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Havana is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. Olson and Havana will square off against Monmouth United at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Astoria/VIT Gets a Boost from Foglesong in 34-7 Victory
Kaden Foglesong was a major factor in Astoria/VIT's win over Monmouth United on Friday. Foglesong turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 60 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 48 yards. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up two sacks and making seven total tackles.
Unfortunately for Monmouth United, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Foglesong. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Foglesong saw the Red Storm), he picked up 153 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Rushville-Industry Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Brady Downs
Brady Downs's big game helped extend Rushville-Industry's winning streak to six on Friday. Downs' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 100.4 rushing yards per game.
For the season, Downs has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 100.4 rushing yards per game.

Avery Fawcett Makes It Two for Astoria/VIT
Another Astoria/VIT player making an appearance on this list is Avery Fawcett. He rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 99 yards and a touchdown.
For the season, Fawcett has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 42.4 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 21.71 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 56.57 rushing yards.
