Basketball Recap: Butler Comes Up Short

Butler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 48-32 to the El Dorado Springs Bulldogs. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Butler's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for El Dorado Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-15 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Warsaw the next time they take the court. El Dorado Springs will head out to face Warsaw at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Butler will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
