Soccer Recap: Towers Has No Trouble Against Putnam County

Towers kept a clean sheet against Putnam County on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Putnam County War Eagles as they made off with a 5-0 victory. Considering the Titans' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

The win made it two in a row for Towers and bumps their season record up to 2-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored six goals over those two contests. As for Putnam County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Towers will square off against Jasper County at 5:30 p.m. on March 11th. As for Putnam County, they will face off against Social Circle at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
