Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bishop Kenny walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the Stanton Blue Devils 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Crusaders sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Reilly Clarke and Emma Baggett scored both of Bishop Kenny's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

Bishop Kenny pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those six contests. As for Stanton, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-9.

Bishop Kenny didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-1 loss against Bishop Moore on the 18th. Stanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
