Millard West extended their postseason success on Friday against Lincoln North Star. They secured a 34-28 W over the Lincoln North Star Navigators. The victory was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on 25 straight.

It was another big night for Neleigh Gessert, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Norah Gessert was another key player, putting up six points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists.

Millard West's win bumped their record up to 27-1. As for Lincoln North Star, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-6.

Looking ahead, Millard West and Omaha Westside will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Omaha Westside will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Millard West surely won't give up without a fight. Lincoln North Star does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
