Gavin Otis turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than eight strikeouts on Saturday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over 6.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Placer is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-3 otherwise.
