Basketball Recap: Calvary Chapel Comes Up Short

Calvary Chapel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Anaheim Discovery Christian Magi, falling 54-33. The Grizzlies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Magi apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

Calvary Chapel's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Anaheim Discovery Christian, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Calvary Chapel will square off against Acaciawood at 4:30 p.m. on January 14th. As for Anaheim Discovery Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Newport Christian on Tuesday.
