The Kaufer Seahawks won the last time they faced the Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Kaufer came out on top against Falfurrias by a score of 31-19.

Kaufer's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madison Arredondo, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds. Arredondo is absolutely dominating the block category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Caitlin Medlock, who scored 7 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.

Kaufer's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Falfurrias, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kaufer will face off against Odem at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Odem focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 46 on Tuesday. Falfurrias will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Taft at 1:15 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
