Laguna Blanca is a perfect 7-0 against Cate since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Owls will look to defend their home court against the Rams at 5:00 p.m. Laguna Blanca will be strutting in after a victory while Cate will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Thursday, Laguna Blanca got the win against Providence by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Owls.

Meanwhile, Cate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Foothill Tech, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rams have suffered since April 3rd.

Cate was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Foothill Tech work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-19, 25-23.

Laguna Blanca's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Cate, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

Laguna Blanca beat Cate 3-1 in their previous meeting on Wednesday. Do the Owls have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
