Soccer Recap: Banning Lewis Academy Comes Up Short

Banning Lewis Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Buena Vista Demons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Banning Lewis Academy of the 12-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Banning Lewis Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Buena Vista, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-1-3 record this season.
