Basketball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon lost against Hanover back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lebanon Raiders took a hard 42-23 fall against the Hanover Bears. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while the Bears are ranked eighth).

This is the second loss in a row for Lebanon and nudges their season record down to 2-12. As for Hanover, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Looking ahead, Lebanon will square off against Hollis-Brookline at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hanover, they will face off against Merrimack Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
