Windber was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 49-30 to the Chestnut Ridge Lions. On the bright side, the 30- point effort marked the Ramblers' highest-scoring contest to date.

Windber's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Chestnut Ridge, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Windber will be playing in front of their home fans against Meyersdale at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Ramblers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Chestnut Ridge, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 80-57 defeat against Penn Cambria on the 11th.
