Volleyball Recap: Clyde Takes a Loss

Clyde lost against Oak Harbor back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Fliers fell 2-0 to the Rockets. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Fliers were not able to get on the board.

Clyde was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Oak Harbor work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-17.

Clyde is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3. As for Oak Harbor, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Clyde wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Madison Comprehensive on the 23rd. As for Oak Harbor, they will venture away from home to challenge Otsego at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Rockets' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
