Basketball Recap: Lehman Comes Up Short

Lehman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 71-37 loss at the hands of the Mott Haven Mavericks. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-33 back in December of 2024.

Lehman's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Mott Haven, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Lehman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-42 win against Gompers on the 4th. As for Mott Haven, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 70-44 victory against Dodge Vocational on the 4th.
