Basketball Recap: Waverly Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Waverly Bulldogs came up short against the Uniontown Eagles and fell 50-41. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waverly's loss dropped their record down to 2-12-2. As for Uniontown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waverly will host Central Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waverly is facing Central Heights at the right time seeing as Central Heights is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Uniontown, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Madison at 7:30 p.m.
