Volleyball Game Preview: Cheyenne Wells Tigers vs. Genoa-Hugo Pirates

After both having extra time off, the Cheyenne Wells Tigers and the Genoa-Hugo Pirates will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cheyenne Wells is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Cheyenne Wells came up short against Haxtun on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Genoa-Hugo earned a 3-1 victory over Byers on Tuesday.

Genoa-Hugo had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-16, 25-14, 25-15.

The win got Genoa-Hugo back to even at 1-1. As for Cheyenne Wells, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
