Soccer Recap: Bronson Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Bronson after they claimed the first goal on Friday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Branford Buccaneers by a score of 2-1.

Bronson's goal came courtesy of Anthonie Oliveria, who's now up to three this season.

Bronson's loss dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for Branford, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Bronson will venture away from home to square off against Dixie County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bronson will be up against Dixie County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.22 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Branford, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Suwannee at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
