Baseball Recap: Osage Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Osage's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crocker Lions on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Indians' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Osage's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Crocker, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Osage will challenge Dixon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Indians are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Crocker, they have already played their next game, an 8-3 win against Cole Camp on the 10th.
