Football Recap: Loretto Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Loretto fell victim to Bolivar Central and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost to the Tigers on the road by a 14-0 margin. The shutout was out of character for the Mustangs seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

Loretto's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Bolivar Central, they moved to 4-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Loretto will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Mt. Pleasant at 7:00 p.m. The Tigers' defense has only allowed 9.4 points per game this season, so the Mustangs' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Bolivar Central, they will head out to face off against Obion County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Anthony Jones and Tucker Moore.
