Basketball Recap: West Oso Find Success

It's playoff time, and West Oso had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Rio Hondo Bobcats by a score of 57-44 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Jordan Hernandez went supernova for West Oso, going 7-for-15 to rack up 20 points. The game was Hernandez's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Amarre Sanders, who posted nine points and four steals.

West Oso's victory bumped their record up to 24-13. As for Rio Hondo, they moved to 21-14 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

West Oso didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 79-61 defeat against Crystal City on the 24th. Rio Hondo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
