Game recap: Lone Star keeps adding to total in victory over Lake Worth

Lone Star (Frisco, Texas) put an additional 10 points on the board on top of its 23-point lead going into the fourth quarter to beat out Lake Worth (Texas) 45-12.

After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Will Campbell in the first quarter, the Rangers led 28-6 at the half.

Lone Star expanded its lead to 23 points entering the fourth quarter. LS scored once in the quarter on a Campbell touchdown pass to Corey Craddock.

The Frisco school's most effective player was Ramon Harris. He ran for two touchdowns.

The Frogs' Robert Munoz was the standout player for his team. The senior running back ran for one touchdown.



The Rangers also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 34-27.

With the win Lone Star extended its winning streak to three games.

Lake Worth (1-3) will play a non-conference game against Hillsboro next week, while Lone Star (3-0) will take on Van Alstyne also in a non-conference game.
