Basketball Game Preview: Galena Hawks vs. Valdez Buccaneers

Galena hasn't had much luck against Valdez recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Galena Hawks will host the Valdez Buccaneers at 9:30 a.m. Galena has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 203 points over their last three games.

On Friday, Galena took a blow against Valdez, falling 92-63.

The victory (which was Valdez's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.8 points. As for Galena, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
