Norcross won the last time they faced Dunwoody and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

While Norcross might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Dunwoody scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Dunwoody still got an impressive performance from McKenna Willard, who had 13 digs, two aces, and one block.

Norcross' win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Dunwoody, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Norcross and Dunwoody should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. The Blue Devils will challenge Chamblee at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (37 vs. 179). Meanwhile, Dunwoody (ranked 88th) will meet Tri-Cities (ranked 267th) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
