Basketball Recap: Justin Wong's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Temple City over Los Altos

Temple City lost against Los Altos back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Temple City Rams took a hard 64-48 fall against the Los Altos Conquerors. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 709th, while the Conquerors are ranked 194th).

Several Rams players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Justin Wong, who posted seven points. Shawn Le was another key player, putting up six points and five rebounds.

Temple City has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Los Altos, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Temple City has already played their next matchup (against La Canada), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Los Altos has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Colony.
