Basketball Recap: Miller Takes a Loss

Miller lost against Alice back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Miller Buccaneers took a 47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alice Coyotes. While the Buccaneers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Coyotes 16-8 in the first quarter.

Miller's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Alice, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-10.

Miller will head out to square off against Flour Bluff at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Alice, they will welcome Ray at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Alice is facing Ray at the right time seeing as Ray is stuck on a 15-game losing streak.
