Basketball Game Preview: Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines vs. Carver A&T Wildcats

The Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines will face off against the Carver A&T Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Western Tech & Environmental Science and Eastern Tech faced off in a cross-town battle on Friday. Western Tech & Environmental Science received a blow as they fell 52-35 to Eastern Tech. The Wolverines have struggled against the Mavericks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Carver A&T ended up a good deal behind Catonsville on Friday and lost 52-33. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western Tech & Environmental Science's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Carver A&T, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Western Tech & Environmental Science was able to grind out a solid win over Carver A&T when the teams last played back in February of 2024, winning 58-50.
