There's no place like home for Oakland Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bishop Foley Ventures on Tuesday. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Ventures, too.

While Oakland Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22.

Oakland Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-17-4. As for Bishop Foley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-18-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Oakland Christian and Bishop Foley will both be playing Algonac the next time they take the court. The Ventures will head out to face the Muskrats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Lancers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
