Basketball Recap: Ranney Takes a Loss

Ranney lost a heartbreaker to St. Rose when they met back in February, and they left with a heavy heart again on Tuesday. The match between Ranney and the St. Rose Purple Roses didn't end well, with Ranney falling 61-45. Ranney was not able to make up for their loss to St. Rose from their previous meeting back in February.

Ranney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ranney will take on Manasquan in a holiday battle at at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. St. Rose will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on December 26th.
