Football Recap: Pittsford Comes Up Short

The Pittsford Panthers were just a hair shy of victory on Saturday and fell 7-6 to the Spencerport Rangers.

Pittsford's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-5. As for Spencerport, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6-1.

Pittsford has already played their next game, a 13-13 draw against Hilton on the 12th. As for Spencerport, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-7 win against Greece Olympia/Greece Odyssey on the 15th.
