Basketball Recap: St. John's Jesuit's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If St. John's Jesuit was feeling good fresh off their 70-30 takedown of Bowsher last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The St. John's Jesuit Titans fell just short of the St. Francis de Sales Knights by a score of 64-62 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Titans have suffered since February 10th.

St. John's Jesuit's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-2. As for St. Francis de Sales, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John's Jesuit will take on Central Catholic in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Francis de Sales and Start will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
