Recap: Laurel Golden Tornadoes vs. Gautier Gators

The Laurel Golden Tornadoes scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Gautier 66-10 at home. Considering Laurel has won four contests by more than 30 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Another player making a difference was Takiyah Thames, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

As for Gautier, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
