Softball Recap: Colonial Christian Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Colonial Christian's offense. They came up short against the Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Cyclones on Monday, falling 15-0. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with the Cyclones: they've now lost four in a row.

Colonial Christian now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Colonial Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ransom Everglades at 3:30 p.m. on April 11. As for Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-9 loss against Somerset Academy South Homestead on the 18th.
