Volleyball Game Preview: Roy Royals vs. West Field Longhorns

The Roy Royals will face off against the West Field Longhorns at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Roy turned things around against Bonneville on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lakers with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Roy never let Bonneville on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 27-25, 25-15.

Meanwhile, West Field beat Northridge 3-1 on Thursday.

West Field had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-20, 25-20, 25-21.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 11-8. As for West Field, their victory bumped their record up to 14-10.
