Volleyball Recap: Timberline Wolves vs. Mountain View Mavericks
Timberline won the last time they faced Mountain View, and things went their way on Thursday too. The Timberline Wolves came out on top against the Mountain View Mavericks by a score of 3-1.
Several Mavericks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aspyn Gempler, who had five digs and 23 assists. Gempler is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 20 or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Morley, who had two aces and 18 assists.
Timberline now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Mountain View, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.
